Where to cancel (website)
Sign in at paramountplus.com, click your username (top-right), open Account, scroll to Cancel Subscription, click Continue to Cancel, tick the terms-of-cancellation box, then click Yes, Cancel.
If you subscribed through an app or provider
Cancel through whoever bills you. Apple: iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Paramount+ > Cancel. Amazon: amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions > Paramount+ > Actions > Turn Off Auto-Renewal. Google Play and Roku are managed in their own subscription settings.
Refund policy
No refunds for partial periods. You keep access until the end of the current billing cycle (or the end of a free trial), then billing stops.
Watch out
Watch out: cancel through the exact provider you signed up with. If Apple, Amazon, Google or Roku bills you, cancelling on paramountplus.com will not stop the charge.
Their retention trick
Expect a discount or 'stay' offer during the flow. Keep clicking Continue to Cancel until you reach the Yes, Cancel confirmation.

Federal ROSCA and most state automatic-renewal laws require a simple way to cancel and clear billing terms. If a company blocks every path, dispute the charge with your card issuer under the Fair Credit Billing Act and file a free complaint at reportfraud.ftc.gov. (The FTC’s broader “Click to Cancel” rule was vacated in July 2025 and is being revisited — but ROSCA and state laws still apply now.)
